Two senior officers within the Rwanda Defence Power on Thursday, June 4, graduated from Kenya's Senior Joint Command and Employees Faculty in Karen.
The officers are Lt Col Pacifique Kanyandekwe and Maj John Muhikira.

The commencement was graduated by different RDF senior officers, particularly Brig Gen Ronald Rwivanga, the Director EASF, Brig Gen Andrew Nyamvumba, the Commandant of RDF Senior Command and Employees Faculty, and Col Celestin Kamanda, Rwanda's Defence Attaché to Kenya.
