Gisagara Volleyball Membership have suspended gamers Ronald Muvara and Cedrick Ngaboyintwari for 90 days over misconduct that allegedly disrupted the group in the course of the ongoing Genocide Memorial Match at Petit Stade in Kigali.
In a press release launched on Saturday night, the membership confirmed the suspension of each gamers, citing behaviour that negatively impacted the group.
“The disciplinary motion follows unacceptable behaviour that adversely affected the group,” the assertion reads.
The membership reiterated its dedication to sustaining self-discipline and professionalism.

“Gisagara VC maintains a zero-tolerance coverage on misconduct and stays firmly dedicated to upholding the best requirements of self-discipline and professionalism.”
The disciplinary motion comes after a serious setback for Gisagara VC, now beneath the steering of newly appointed head coach Marchal Kwizera. The group didn’t arrive on time for his or her quarterfinal conflict towards Police VC and consequently forfeited the match, granting Police VC an automated place within the semifinals.
The incident raised questions on self-discipline and group administration throughout the membership, prompting motion towards the gamers deemed accountable.
