
Two senior officers of the Rwanda Defence Pressure (RDF) have graduated from the Joaan bin Jassim Academy for Defence Research, Qatar’s premier larger navy schooling establishment below the Ministry of Defence.
The 2 officers: Lt Col Christian Mushengezi and Lt Col John Bosco Kamuhangire accomplished a 10-month skilled navy schooling programme. Alongside their research, in addition they undertook Arabic language coaching to strengthen their capability for worldwide navy cooperation.
