Rwanda, Brazil signal new partnership in greater studying

Rwanda and Brazil have expanded their educational cooperation with a brand new MoU between the College of São Paulo (USP) and Rwanda’s Ministry of Training.

The MoU was signed on September 8 by Lawrence Manzi, Rwanda’s ambassador to Brazil, on behalf of the Ministry of Training, and Prof. Dr Carlos Gilberto Carlotti Junior, Provost for Worldwide Cooperation at USP.

The settlement offers a framework for cooperation between USP and Rwandan greater studying establishments in areas of mutual curiosity.
