The Rwanda Improvement Cooperation Coverage (RDCP) 2026–2050, which was authorised by a Cupboard assembly chaired by President Paul Kagame on Friday, September 18, will see the nation put extra concentrate on large-scale, high-impact flagship funding tasks within the subsequent 25 years.
