The U-20 nationwide soccer group has been eradicated from the CECAFA U-20 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers after enjoying out a goalless draw in opposition to Ethiopia and ending the group stage with only one level.

The match was performed on Thursday, September 17 at Uhuru Stadium in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

In the meantime, Burundi grew to become the primary group to safe a semi-final berth within the ongoing qualifiers.

After opening their marketing campaign with a commanding 4-0 victory over South Sudan, Burundi adopted up with a 2-0 win in opposition to Kenya on Thursday to seal qualification from Group C.

Below the match format, the three group winners and one of the best second-placed group will advance to the semi-finals scheduled for September 22.
