Individuals who bought properties within the Batsinda Section II housing venture could begin transferring into them in January 2027, based on the Rwanda Social Safety Board (RSSB).
Development of the 548-unit venture marketed as Heza Property could possibly be accomplished in December, RSSB chief govt Regis Rugemanshuro informed Members of Parliament on Friday, July 10.
