Former bike owner Jean-Hubert Nkurayija Ishimwe has emerged as the only candidate for the presidency of FERWACY, Rwanda’s biking governing physique, forward of elections scheduled in the course of the federation’s normal meeting on Might 31.

In the meantime, 5 candidates are contesting for positions on the advisory committee: Florent Nsengumuremyi (previously of KCC), Christophe René Mupenzi of Karongi Imaginative and prescient Sport Heart, Rabbin Hamim Karambizi of Cine Elmay Membership, Jean-Bosco Ntembe of Fly Biking Membership, and Jean-Claude Nsengiyumva of Biking Membership for All.
The incoming FERWACY president will substitute Samson Ndayishimiye, who has led the federation since November 2023.
